Established bankruptcy and commercial law firm in seeking associate with 0 to 5 years of experience. The ideal candidate would be currently licensed (or soon to be licensed) in Texas. Associate is expected to excel with research and writing and to assist on primarily chapter 7 cases with an opportunity to assist with Mergers & Acquisitions as well.
